Tech scan

The Working Solutions Tech Scan is an unobtrusive, secure application that only accesses limited system related information in order to assess if your workstation meets our minimum system requirements to work on a program. These requirements are subject to change at any time.

Download, install and run this app from the computer you will be working from. You must pass this scan prior to working on a program.

If you have downloaded the Tech Scan prior to Feb 7, 2020 you will need to uninstall and download the updated version.

• Processor: speed and type
• RAM: minimum of 8GB
• Operating System: Windows 8.1 and up*
• Bandwidth: download and upload speeds
• Security software: confirms an active and updated anti-virus program is installed and running

USAGE TIPS & NOTES

• Scanner will install on Windows 7
• Scanner will only pass on Windows 8.1 and higher
• Scanner will install to the local computer.
• Scanner uses the email address the applicant used to start the process
• Software is compatible only with Microsoft Windows

To uninstall, go to “Apps & features” in Control Panel, select the WSOL Tech Scan tool and follow the uninstall process
